This NCHRP digest describes the findings of NCHRP Project 20-27(2), Systems and Applications Architecture for GIS-T, conducted by Alan Vonderohe, Chih-Lin Chou, Forest Sun, and Teresa Adams, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, The University of WisconsinCMadison. The digest was prepared by Kenneth S. Opiela, Ph.D., P.E., NCHRP Senior Program Officer, from the contractor’s interim report.
